My Approach

For those that don't fit in

Philosophy

I have never been the girl that fit in. While this may have caused me pain, frustration and even heartache in my younger years, as an adult, it has become my super power. I usually have a different take than the majority which has been a huge advantage in business. It has also helped me to be highly aware of the fact that we are all unique . In my opinion the most important skill someone can learn is self awareness.

Like many out there I was a self help addict, constantly seeking a way to “fix” whatever was “wrong” with me. As it turns out I was trying to fix a problem that didn’t exist. Once I accepted that I wasn’t broken, and that my reality and my story was going to be different than anyone else’s I was able to actually use all the tools I spent years acquiring. I remember feeling like everyone in the world had been given a life manual and I never received mine. Through Coaching I learned I just needed to write my own manual and follow my own rules.

What I hope to achieve with each of my clients is to teach them self awareness so they can write their own life manual; to leverage tools they may already have and learn new ones.

I help my clients to connect to the part of themselves that knows intuitively what will make them happy, what will work for them and what path they want to be on then I show them the tools to make it happen.

Holistic techniques like meditation

Methodology

Although my methods are very fluid and responsive toward each client, I will incorporate things across the spectrum of my tools.

I frequently use things from the following areas in my sessions:

  • Yogic teachings, meditation, breathwork and mindfulness practices

  • Business training and practices I have developed or gathered over the years

  • Exercises, activities and assignments, questionnaires

  • Journaling, writing, and other cognitive activities

  • Conversation, discussion and debate, verbal sharing

  • Visualization, goal setting, intention setting

  • Physical movement, self body work

  • Mindset work

Be open to the process. Remember if you want to get results you’ve never had you will have to do things you’ve never done.

Honesty and openness are critical for you to get the most out of any coaching
