Executive Coaching

Allow your executive team to maximize their potential and performance. The demands of executive duties go beyond carrying out tasks or developing trade related skills and knowledge. Top tier executives have a different mindset than the rest.

This program is focused on unlocking the executive mindset, allowing team members to learn tools for mental grit and executive level demand, develop critical focus, critical thinking, complex problem solving, mental endurance and big-picture vision

Individual or group sessions available. Monthly, bi-monthly and weekly sessions available.

Business Coaching Packages

Business services are designed to be offered as group sessions for your team to experience together. Using discussion and peer sourcing as both a resource and a means of team building. Each session type can be adjusted to allow for individual sessions instead of group sessions. Group size limits may apply.

All sessions require an initial 3 month commitment (for weekly and bi-monthly) or 6 month commitment for monthly sessions. Monthly sessions are 90 minutes and all other sessions are 50 minutes. After the initial commitment period the option for month to month or extended contracts and discount prepaid packages are available. Discounts for multiple session types also available.

Systems need to be reviewed over time to ensure they are enabling growth rather than restricting it. Poor or outdated systems cause inefficiencies in the business and make it impossible to keep up with growth or to maximize profits. 

Freedom is the goal for most business owners. At some point you were more than likely required to wear all the “hats” in your business to survive. Now that it’s successful you find yourself trapped in the business giving all your time and energy to running it and being unable to enjoy the fruits of your labor. This is a trap the majority of small business owners fall into and that is because the skill set to build a business is different from the skill set required to step back from it.
